That's why we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery as well as complimentary return shipping on your first order with us (New Zealand customers only) - this applies to both unframed art prints and framed artworks.

If you aren't blown away by the quality of your new art, we’ll cover the courier costs to return it. It’s our way of providing you with total peace of mind when purchasing from us for the first time.

Returning Customers

We want you to love how your new art looks and feels in your home. If your new artwork isn't quite right for your space, you can relax safe in the knowledge that we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

• Unframed art prints: can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
• Framed artworks: can be returned for an exchange or store credit. As our framed artworks are custom made-to-order, we are unable to offer a refund.

We want you to daydream about how your new art will look in your home - not worry whether it will arrive in one piece. That's why we offer a Safe Arrival Guarantee.

We take full responsibility for your art until it's delivered to your door. While we use heavy-duty, purpose-built packaging, we know couriers can occasionally be a bit rough! If your art arrives damaged, simply contact us and we'll prioritise a brand-new replacement at no additional cost.

While other online wall art stores claim to sell "gallery quality," in reality they actually use a standard, smooth wood-pulp paper often referred to as enhanced matte. By contrast we produce our artworks on heavyweight 100% cotton rag textured art paper using archival pigment based inks - the gold standard for gallery quality art prints.

Choosing 100% cotton rag art paper over standard enhanced matte paper offers three distinct advantages:

• Richness & Depth: Cotton rag art paper absorbs ink differently, allowing for deep, rich colours and subtle shadows that often look flat or "washed out" on standard paper.
• Tactile Texture: Cotton rag art paper is much thicker and has a visible grain that catches the light beautifully, affording the art a physical presence you can see and feel.
• Museum Longevity: Cotton rag art paper is naturally acid-free and pH-neutral. It won’t yellow or fade over time - ensuring your art looks as good as it did when it arrived for decades, not just a few seasons.

It really is. While most online wall art stores use mass produced "ready-made" frames and acrylic (perspex), every artwork that leaves our Auckland studio is custom framed to order by expert framers utilising gallery-quality materials throughout.

• Premium Framing Glass: Most online art stores use acrylic to save on shipping costs. We use premium grade 2mm clear float framing glass as it provides perfect crystal clarity and won't scratch or result in the "wavy" distortion common with cheaper types of acrylic.
• Archival Sealing: The hallmark of custom framing. We professionally seal the back of every frame with archival tape to lock out dust and moisture - a crucial step most other online wall art stores skimp on to save time and money. 

Expert Assembly: all our framing is bespoke and made to order. Our expert framers ensure the joins are tight and the finish is flawless. Framed artworks arrive ready to hang with gallery quality hanging hardware already installed - no DIY assembly or trip to the hardware store required.

Our framed artworks arrive ready to hang straight out of the box - no DIY skills required! Unlike many online wall art stores that use cheap, flimsy hanging mechanisms every Pop Motif framed artwork is professionally finished with gallery quality hanging hardware.

• Gallery-Grade Hanging: We use industrial D-rings and heavy-duty, tensioned gallery cord. This ensures your art stays secure and sits beautifully level on the wall.

• Archival Sealing: We professionally seal the back of the frame with archival tape to lock out dust and moisture - a crucial step most other online wall art stores skimp on to save time and money.

• Wall Protection: We even include protective felt bumpers on the bottom corners to prevent scuffs and allow for essential airflow behind the frame.

Unframed art prints will arrive within 1-3 working days.

Framed artworks will arrive within 7-9 working days.
