A few days shy if a month since my order and still haven't received it. Emailed 3 days ago and no response. I understand international shipping is imperfect, but ignoring a customer’s email and offering no support is unacceptable.

I've moved into a new house and was seeking a range of artwork for my blank walls. I purchased art from a number of different stores and Pop Motif has been the best by far - in terms of acknowledging the order (including by phone) and having the product arrive really quickly. I ordered artwork from multiple stores on the same day and Pop Motif's work all arrived within days (& great quality), and almost a week later I am still waiting for anything else to arrive, and some of the stores haven't event acknowledged the order. Dealing with Scott has been really good. If I could do it again, I would have ordered everything from Pop Motif! The prints and framing are all top quality.
