RETURNS

 

If you are not completely enamoured with your new art or it’s just not quite right for the space you envisioned, we are happy to offer you an exchange, credit, or refund, provided that the art is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of you having received it. 


Unframed art prints can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit. Framed artworks can be returned for store credit or an exchange. We do not offer refunds on framed artworks. Please note that we do not accept returns on framed art shipped outside of New Zealand. 


To return an artwork please contact us and we will provide you with return instructions. Please note that Pop Motif is not liable for art that goes missing or is damaged in the process of being returned to us. Accordingly we recommend that you use a delivery service that offers tracking and insurance. We also recommend using the original packaging that your art arrived in in order to minimise the risk of damage in transit.


For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us and we will arrange to replace the art at no additional cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, a full refund of the purchase price will be made. You can expect a replacement, exchange or refund, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item.
